How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders that do not require customization ship the day after the order is placed. The free shipping which is USPS First Class typically delivers to the US in 4-6 days. You may also upgrade your shipping preference to receive it sooner. Upgrade cost for 2-4 day delivery is $5.00. Next day or overnight shipping is around $30.
What size do I need? What size should I order?
Although sizes are typically based on age, babies come in all sizes and shapes. To determine the best size to purchase, consult the size chart, for which you’ll need your baby’s overall length and weight. Of note: we use Carter’s brand sizing. Carter’s sells directly but also sells through many retailers. At Target the brand is “Just One You”, at Wal-Mart it’s “Child Of Mine” and on Amazon is “Simple Joys”. They’re all about the same size so if you have him in a Carter’s “onesie” that fits how you like, then that would be the size to get.
Do you accept returns?
We don’t normally do returns except under certain circumstances. Typically you will need to process an exchange instead. If the item you receive has a defect of some kind or any other problem you should contact us within 3 days of delivery of your order to review the nature of the return request. If granted, you will be issued an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number which you will need to include on the package label and inside the package, in case the label is damaged or missing during the shipping process. Returns must be sent within 4 days of the return being authorized. If there is a defect or quality problem with your order you will be issued both an RMA and a prepaid Return Shipping Label. If for any other reason, the return shipping cost will be paid by you. Unless an exchange is made, returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
How can I do an exchange?
To make an exchange order simply place a whole new order for any new items or sizes that you require, and then follow the return instructions for the original items you are returning. We know receiving your items can be a time-sensitive matter, so this is the fastest and easiest way to get your new items to you promptly! Please note that exchange shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer unless there was a mistake on the order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your returned items back, we will check them over and process them into our return system. We will then issue a refund to the credit card used to place the order, excluding any applicable shipping charges, within 3-5 business days. You will receive an email notification once this goes through. Please keep in mind it can take an additional 3-5 business days after the refund is processed to post to your card’s account, depending on how quickly your bank processes transactions.
